Privacy Policy

Arovi ("Arovi", "we") is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: arovi.net@gmail.com.

1. What we collect

  • Account: email, display name and a securely hashed password (never stored in plain text).
  • Your content: what you upload and what Arovi creates for you, your chats and settings.
  • Security records: sign-in sessions and devices, and the approvals you give, so you can review and revoke them.
  • Billing: your plan and payment status. Card details go only to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
  • Agreements and cookie choices: which version of these documents you accepted and when, and your cookie choices.

2. How we use it

To provide Arovi to you, keep it secure, support you, bill you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Your uploads and outputs

Your uploads stay yours, and the outputs Arovi makes for you are yours (see the Terms). They are private to your account unless you share or publish them.

4. Training on your data — only if you opt in

We do not train Arovi's models on your content, prompts or conversations unless you switch training on in your account. It is off by default, you can switch it off at any time, and secrets such as passwords and keys are filtered out first.

5. Voice and face data

A voice sample or face images you upload to create your own voice or avatar may be biometric data. We use them only to create that voice or avatar for you, with your consent, and delete them when you delete the voice or avatar or your account.

6. Who we share data with

Only service providers who help us run Arovi (for example hosting, email delivery and payment processing), under contracts that limit them to that purpose; services you choose to connect, when you ask Arovi to use them; and authorities where the law requires it.

7. Cookies

Necessary cookies are always on: they keep you signed in, protect forms against forgery and remember your cookie choice. Optional "Preferences" storage (your theme, layout density and Jarvis settings on this device) is off until you turn it on. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also in the footer. We record each choice you make.

8. How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices).

9. Your rights and deletion requests

You can download a copy of your data or delete your account and its data yourself at any time in Data & Privacy. You can also email arovi.net@gmail.com to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection; we reply within one month. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

10. Children

Arovi has no minimum age. If you are under 14, we process your data only with your parent's or guardian's consent, which is confirmed at signup and recorded. A parent or guardian can ask us at arovi.net@gmail.com to see or delete their child's data at any time.

11. Security

Data is protected in transit and credentials are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

12. Changes

Each version has a number and date. When we make a change that matters, we tell you, and you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing.

All of Arovi.
