Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Arovi ("Arovi", "we", "us") for your use of Arovi. By creating an account or using Arovi you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy below.

1. The service

Arovi is an AI platform for research, creation, automation and business work. Actions that matter — spending money, publishing, sending messages, installing software, deleting things — wait for your explicit approval before they run. You are responsible for what you approve.

2. Who can use Arovi

There is no minimum age. If you are under 14, you may use Arovi only with the consent of your parent or guardian, which you confirm when you sign up, and they are responsible for your use. If you use Arovi for a company or other organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Your content and outputs

  • What you upload stays yours. You keep all rights in the files, text, audio, images and video you upload ("Uploads").
  • What Arovi makes for you is yours. As between you and us, you own the outputs Arovi generates for you ("Outputs"), to the extent the law allows anyone to own them. Some outputs may not be protected by copyright in your country.
  • Our permission to process them. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your Uploads and Outputs only to provide Arovi to you, keep it secure and meet legal obligations.
  • Your responsibility. You need the rights and permissions for everything you upload, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.

4. Training on your data

We do not use your Uploads, Outputs, prompts or conversations to train Arovi's models unless you switch on training in your account settings. You can switch it off at any time; from then on your new data is not used.

5. No guarantee that AI output is accurate

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or offensive, and may look confident when it is wrong. Check outputs before relying on them. Arovi does not give legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and nothing it produces replaces a qualified professional.

6. Voices and avatars

You may clone a voice or create an avatar only of yourself, or of another person who has given you their written consent for that specific use. Keep that consent; we may ask to see it. Never present a cloned voice or avatar as a real person saying or doing something they did not.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use Arovi to:

  • create deepfakes — realistic images, video or audio of a real person without their consent, or designed to deceive;
  • impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent who you are;
  • create or share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (reported to the authorities), content that infringes others' rights, or content that facilitates fraud, harassment, threats, hate or violence;
  • commit or prepare fraud, scams, phishing, spam or unauthorised mass messaging;
  • break the law, others' privacy or the terms of other services you connect;
  • attack, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits and safety controls of Arovi.

We may remove content and limit or close accounts that break this policy.

If you believe content on Arovi infringes your copyright, send a notice to arovi.net@gmail.com with: your contact details; the work you say is infringed; where the content is (link or description); a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your signature. We will review it, remove or disable the content where appropriate and tell the user concerned. A user who believes content was removed by mistake can send a counter-notice to the same address. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

9. Payments and refunds

  • Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay; payments are handled by our payment processor.
  • No refunds, except where the law requires. You can cancel at any time in Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Your 14-day withdrawal right. Arovi is digital content and services that start straight away. At checkout you confirm: "I want my access to start immediately and understand I lose my 14-day withdrawal right." Because access starts immediately at your request, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once it has started.
  • If we charge you in error, we correct it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Data & Privacy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, puts others at risk, or stays unpaid; where reasonable we will tell you first and let you export your data. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, except what the law requires us to keep.

11. Limitation of liability

Arovi is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by others that arise from your Uploads, from your breaking these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or from your breaking the law or someone else's rights.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version has a number and date. When we make a change that matters, we will tell you, and you will need to accept the new version before continuing to use Arovi. If you don't accept, you can stop using Arovi and delete your account.

14. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: arovi.net@gmail.com.
