Messy trade documents in. A checked workflow out.
TradeOS ingests your shipment's commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin, checks them against each other for inconsistency, and calculates real landed cost — so mismatches get caught before customs does.
What TradeOS does today Live
- Document ingestion — real text extraction from uploaded shipment documents
- Missing-document detection — flags which of the standard four documents haven't been received
- Value reconciliation — catches quantity/value inconsistencies across invoice, packing list, and purchase order
- Landed-cost calculation — customs value + freight + insurance + duty + VAT/GST, computed exactly from the rate you supply
What's coming next
HS classification, live tariff-rate lookup, and sanctions/restricted-party screening each require a live government or licensed external data source — a real prerequisite, not something we'll fabricate an answer for. Today, duty/VAT rates are supplied by you; TradeOS does the exact arithmetic and cross-document checking, not the legal classification judgment. Every figure is deterministic arithmetic — there is no AI guess anywhere in this calculation.
